Project: Club Neon
Personal project, April 2022.
This one started as a tiny doodle on a sketchbook page filled with mostly uninspired late night dreck.
So I took it into Illustrator and started developing it.
Gradually fleshed out the design with many iterations. More variations ensued, and I decided just Club was too simple, so it then became the way more awesome Club Neon!

Client: Abril Alarcón Reposteria
Abril Alarcón Reposteria, 2021.
Abril Alarcón is a young chef, specializing in pastries, from Iztapalapa District in Mexico City. A budding entrepreneur starting her own business, she needed a refresh of her logo concept, as well as a flyer to promote her line of delicious pan de muertos for the Dia de los Muertos season.
Project: The Concert Files
Personal work, summer 2020.
A fictional music magazine, showcasing variant covers and a few different article/chronicle page layouts.
All pictures (except for the album covers on the reviews page) taken by myself at various concerts over the last 10 years or so; although I am not a professional photographer by any means I occasionally take decent ones (and I’m also avoiding the photo copyrights issue that way).
Special shout out to all the awesome bands/artists featured: Lacuna Coil, Anneke Van Giersbergen, Suzanne Vega, The Gothsicles, Tonikom, Elsiane and Rachael Yamagata.
Project: Just Nuts
Personal work, summer 2020.
Logo and branding for some food packaging.
Variant flavors of the bag design.
And a funny little poster featuring a satisfied customer!
Project: Cactus Cola
Personal work, summer 2020.
A personal project for a soda branding and label design.
Went with the “fake” Cactus Cola name from The Flintstones rather than the real Cactus Cooler brand.
Three delicious flavors available in two sizes:
the regular 355ml cans, and the 500ml cans for your bigger thirsts!
And a simple advertisement poster (background picture of cacti taken by me at Los Melones in Texcoco, Mexico).
